This treatment plan is an all-in-one flat rate for labs, physician consult, testosterone delivered and platinum membership benefits. Prescriptions are written at the physician’s discretion and are based on the results of your initial telemedicine consultation with your provider. There is no written or implied guarantee of any particular prescription for any particular period of time. Minimum 3 month commitment. Cancellation requests may be requested through your account in our secure portal. Cancellations take effect the month following the request and no partial-month refunds are permitted.

What if my provider says it is not medically appropriate for me to take this drug?
If our medical providers determine you are ineligible for the prescribed medication, you will receive a full refund, and your subscription will be canceled. The refund process may take 3-5 business days, depending on your bank/credit card provider.
Can I use my recent labs?
Recent lab work is required for this treatment to ensure a safe and accurate prescription. If you have labs from within the past six months, including CBC, CMP, TSH, and A1C, you can upload them to our secure HIPAA portal during your patient intake after enrollment.
Do I have to fast for labs?
Yes, it is recommended to fast for 6-8 hours to provide the most accurate results. You can drink clear liquids and black coffee during the fasting period.
How long after I enroll will I receive my medication?
After enrolling in our program, you can expect the following rough timelines (noted in business
days):
– Patient onboarding invitation sent within 24 hours of enrollment and completion of medical consultation.
– Prepaid lab work orders are uploaded to your patient portal within 24 hours of completing onboarding.
– Lab orders returned to MinuteMD by the lab typically within two business days (varies by lab).
– Provider assigned to review labs within 24 hours of receiving results.
– Provider review of lab results and medical consultation information to determine prescription eligibility typically within 3-4 business days of being assigned.
– Pharmacy prepares, compounds (if the drug product is a compounded medication), and ships your prescription within approximately 7-10 business days of receiving the prescription.
